He also acted in several other films, including Africa Screams (1949) with Abbott and Costello. Baer appeared on television, radio, and in a variety of shows. From 1951 to 1953, she hosted her own radio show, The Max Baer Show, which ran weekdays on KFBK 1530 AM.

He fought for more than ten years. In 1939, he appeared in the first televised heavyweight boxing match. Baer retired from boxing in 1941 with a record of 72 wins, 53 knockouts, 12 losses, and no draws. During his career, Baer won numerous awards, including inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame, World Boxing Hall of Fame, and International Boxing Hall of Fame.

Baer earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Santa Clara University. She also minored in philosophy. During her TV career, she appeared in many TV shows, including the popular series “The Beverly Hillbillies.” In addition to acting, Baer has also produced several movies, including “Macon County Line,” which was one of the highest-grossing movies of all time until The Blair Witch Project beat it in 2011.

Max Baer Jr. was a talented fighter who was born into a family of boxing legends. His father was a heavyweight boxing champion.
