Workday

The combined company employs approximately 7,000 people. Its headquarters are in Austin, Texas. Its team includes Alton Martin, who will remain co-CEO. The new company will focus on fusing human and digital teams to deliver an omnichannel customer experience.

Trusource Labs will be part of the Everise family and offer technical support solutions for Apple and Internet of Things (IoT) customers. The acquisition is expected to boost customer support for both companies. The new company will offer a more comprehensive range of technical support services and continue to maintain its Austin headquarters.

C3

Everise recently acquired C3 from Stone Point Capital. This technology-driven BPO firm offers multilingual support for clients and employees, as well as culturally informed service. The company’s technology and human talent combine to deliver better customer experiences and brand loyalty. The company boasts experience centers on three continents and has native speakers of over 20 languages.

The company currently has more than 11,000 employees and operates 12 delivery centers. It has artificial intelligence technology to support its call center agents. It has also developed omni-channel customer support solutions. The company also acquired Trusource Labs, a company focused on IoT solutions.

Customer Contact Channels

Everise company recently acquired C3/CustomerContactChannels, a customer contact management company with a vision of disrupting the customer service industry.
