Mr Listorti is a former senior executive at ANZ Bank, where he was responsible for a business division of 1700 staff and AUD 2 billion in revenue. Before joining ANZ, he was a member of the Executive Committee of Dresdner Keinwort, an investment banking division of the Allianz group. He also held several board positions. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and has completed several courses in financial markets and modelling.
ANZ’s co-head of fixed income, currencies and commodities
Eddie Listorti, ANZ Co-Head of Fixed Income, Commodities and Gold, has a background in investment banking and markets. Before joining ANZ in 2010, he was the global head of fixed income and currencies at Dresdner Kleinwort. He previously held various board roles and a Bachelor of Economics. He has also completed several courses in financial modelling and markets.
ANZ is the largest bank in Australia’s commodity industry, and it has close relationships with gold mining companies and natural resources counterparts, offering direct access to valuable mining resources. The bank currently distributes close to 15 percent of the primary gold produced in the world. In Asia, it is among the top three gold suppliers, and it is one of two foreign banks allowed to trade gold on the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
ANZ’s global markets division
ANZ’s global markets division is investigating whether the conduct of its executive vice-president, Eddie Listorti, triggered his dismissal. The company has said that Listorti was fired because he breached the company’s code of conduct. A separate case filed by former ANZ employee Eddie O’Connor claims that Listorti abused a company-issued credit card.
Before joining ANZ, Listorti had worked at Dresdner Kleinwort as the global head of fixed income. He was also a partner in ANZ’s commodities and equity capital markets division. Listorti has a unique perspective on global markets. He spent the past few years as the head of a global bank, heading up the fixed income and commodities divisions. He has also spent time in the financial technology industry, including the creation of AI applications.
While at ANZ, Listorti has led the bank’s foray into the fixed income, currencies and commodities business. Prior to joining ANZ, he spent 10 years in London at Dresdner Kleinwort. He also worked at Bankers Trust between 1996 and 1999.
Viridios Capital

Viridios Capital and Tribeca Investment Partners are partnering to launch VT Carbon Partners, a new investment firm focused on the sale of nature-based carbon credits. The new fund is targeting companies in Australia and Asia. This fund will initially invest in $500 million of nature-based carbon credits.
The company is led by Eddie Listorti, a former global head of fixed income at ANZ. Listorti has over 30 years of business experience, and has managed over 2,000 employees. He has also held board positions with various industry bodies and joint venture partnerships.
Eddie Listorti’s Palm Beach property

ANZ Singapore based Eddie Listorti, who spent more than $6 million in 2010, has now purchased a Palm Beach property, which was formerly listed at $7.25 million. The three-story house is located on Northview Road, and offers spectacular views of Palm Beach.
